Amy Huber, PA-C

Amy Huber, PA-C, has over 24 years of experience as a dermatology physician assistant. For the last 13 years, Amy has served patients at Colorado Skin Care in Englewood, Colorado.

Amy has a keen interest in both surgical and cosmetic dermatology and has undergone additional training and obtained certification in numerous procedures. In 1995, she entered the field after graduating from Saint Louis University in Missouri and completing her medical training.

After spending three years working with a prominent Moh's surgeon in Iowa and practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Amy and her husband returned to Colorado to be near family.

Amy has acted as a sub-investigator on several clinical trials and continues to have a research interest. She attends many annual professional meetings, including the American Academy of Dermatology conference, the Fall Clinical for Dermatology PAs, and the Cosmetic Bootcamp, where she obtains more than 100 hours of continuing medical education every two years to maintain certification.

Amy is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), becoming one of the original 150 members of PAs in dermatology in the latter. She became an SDPA Diplomate in 2012, which required an additional 100 hours of dermatology medical education.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, skiing, biking, hiking, and enjoying time outdoors.
